Partially yes. The only reason I posted on webtoons was because I had someone tell me they would only read it if it was on webtoons. So me being desperate for readers, I posted it there and later Tapas. But overtime I realized two problems.
The first problem is that webtoons and tapas are more suitable for the mobile phone experience and my comic was not formatted for this. The text was too small to read and there were too many panels.
The second problem is, I post page by page. Webtoons and Tapas does full episodes which at the time wasn't how I was posting my comic so that lead toreaders witing longer for me to post full episodes while I was updating it on comic fury daily.
Then there's a shit ton of problems with webtoons being too corporate. I've heard a that creators often get screwed over when they sign a contract with webtoons. I don't know about Tapas though but the fact that the whole user interface was the same just turned me off from it.
So I removed Divine Acid from both because I have a much easier and better time posting it on comic fury.
