Hey guys! I recently updated the terms and conditions on Ko-fi for my commissions. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a commission from me! Thank you! These terms and Conditions are available on the trello board and on Ko-fi upon purchasing.
By purchasing a commission from me you agree to these terms:
1.You are to be patient as there are other people in the queue waiting their turn for their commission to get done.
2.You must pay upfront
3.I reserve all rights to post, share, or promote your commissioned work as I see fit.
4.All sales are final! No refunds will be given after purchase! Please keep this in mind when purchasing from me.
5.To speed up your commission you must pay a minimum of $50 or more depending on how big or detailed your commission is. This amount takes into account of the other commissioners who are waiting in line. Furthermore, to avoid this fee, you must specify a due date upon first purchase of your commission.
6.I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
7.You are not to use your commission for commercial purposes unless you pay a license fee of $200 for each commission.
8.Any change or revisions of your commission is subject to further charge.
9.You do not have permission to use the commission for training AI/ML models.
Furthermore, these terms and conditions are accessible upon purchasing a commissioning me as well on this Trello Board.
